Cadbury Malaysia was looking to Share the Joy in their newly-formed social space.
So we thought, why not play a simple childhood game? It’s a game where funny, random lines were used to form a story. But we decided to take it one step further - turn the story into a short film.
That was how The Commentables came about.
Users submit lines weekly to determine the short film storyline. Then a short film will be made according to the story.
Almost 600 lines were submitted in the first week alone. We produced 5 short films and spread more joy than expected because the films were downright hilarious. In the end, it was more than just social, it was pure joy-sharing!
