The Brief

To leverage on Pizza Hut's Ultimate Cheese 7 Pizza and increase their Facebook fan base.

The Solution

We tapped into one of Pizza Hut consumers' strongest insights (that pizzas are perfect for sharing), and transported that on-ground sharing experience online via a pizza-eating marathon.

How It Works

It’s a Facebook app which encourages participating fans to recruit as many friends as possible to help along them in the game.

Users invite friends into their hut, where they will start sharing a pizza together. They have to continue inviting friends daily to keep the sharing going. The more pizzas eaten in your hut, the higher your chances of winning! They even get to nag their friends if they are eating too slowly.

The Result

A significant increase in Pizza Hut's Facebook fanbase, all because we encouraged fans to do something that they good at – sharing their pizza
